What's the difference between light duty and heavy duty? ▼
The light duty scooter is ideal for most users and everyday mobility needs. The heavy duty scooter offers a reinforced frame, higher weight capacity, more powerful motor, and a wider seat — great for larger individuals or those who want extra stability on uneven terrain.
How long does the battery last? ▼
Both scooter types are fully charged and designed to last a full festival day (9 AM – 4 PM) on a single charge under normal use. If you're renting by the hour, battery life will not be an issue.
What does the $20 damage protection cover? ▼
The optional $20/day damage protection covers accidental damage to the scooter during your rental period. Without coverage, the renter is responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Is there a minimum rental time for hourly rates? ▼
No, there is no minimum rental time for hourly rentals. Hourly rates are available for day-of rentals only — advance reservations are by the day.
Can I rent a scooter on the day of the festival? ▼
Yes! Day-of rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, prices are higher and availability is limited. We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure your scooter and save money.
